Our team has experience in investing and advising owners, investors, and operators across key markets of Australasia across the Asia Pacific, Europe and the UK.
Our team has collectively worked on a diverse range of transactions, totalling over US$75 billion covering real estate advisory, capital markets transactions, IPOs, private wholesale / retail funds, principal investing, ground-up development, distressed asset repositioning, investment sales, and lending for all major property types and classes. Our goal is to benefit clients by leveraging our extensive network and harnessing the intellectual capital inherent across the broader Telopea business.
From an investing perspective we have positioned ourselves as an independent manager, with a focus on providing clients with institutional grade advise, governance and management with personal and entrepreneurial deployment. We are focused on raising pooled funds or special accounts and sourcing investments for specific sector / country focused deployment.
