Managing Director

- •Over three decades of experience in investment banking and real estate.
- •Director and shareholder of Capital Property Funds, an investment manager of unlisted property and debt funds providing finance to land subdividers and residential/commercial developers; member of its Investment Committee, overseeing structuring and financing of transactions.
- •Former Managing Director, Head of Real Estate at Merrill Lynch, Sydney, with senior roles at UBS and Goldman Sachs.
- •Past Directorships: Independent Non-Executive Director at Living and Leisure Australia Group (ASX: LLA) and Non-Executive Director at Becton Property Group (ASX: BEC).
- •Holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Valuation & Property Management) from Canterbury University, a Master of Commerce (Finance) from UNSW, and a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).
Jenny Zhang
Portfolio Manager
SYDNEY
- •Over fifteen years of experience in the financial services industry across China, Korea, and Australia.
- •Extensive expertise in custody, trust onboarding, investment operations, portfolio management, and project management, with deep knowledge across multiple asset classes including real estate, infrastructure, private equity, alternatives, and debt.
- •Career highlights include senior roles at J.P. Morgan and AMAL Group (now IQ-EQ), as well as earlier roles at AMP Capital, Perpetual Limited, and State Street. Experienced in managing complex transactions, scheme onboarding, and regulatory compliance for institutional investors, pension funds and sovereign wealth funds.
- •Holds a Master of Economics (Finance) from Zhejiang University.
- •CFA Charterholder, CFA Level III Exam Grader, and holder of the CFA Institute Certificate in ESG Investing.
