- •Director and shareholder of Capital Property Funds, an investment manager of unlisted property and debt funds providing finance to land subdividers and residential/commercial developers; member of its Investment Committee, overseeing structuring and financing of transactions.
- •Former Managing Director, Head of Real Estate at Merrill Lynch, Sydney, with senior roles at UBS and Goldman Sachs.
- •Past Directorships: Independent Non-Executive Director at Living and Leisure Australia Group (ASX: LLA) and Non-Executive Director at Becton Property Group (ASX: BEC).
- •Holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Valuation & Property Management) from Canterbury University, a Master of Commerce (Finance) from UNSW, and a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).

- •Over fifteen years of experience in the financial services industry across China, Korea, and Australia.
- •Extensive expertise in custody, trust onboarding, investment operations, governance, and project management, with deep knowledge across multiple asset classes including infrastructure, REITs, private equity, and debt.
- •Career includes senior roles at J.P. Morgan, AMAL, AMP Capital, Perpetual, and State Street, managing complex transactions, scheme onboarding, and regulatory compliance for institutional clients and sovereign wealth funds.
- •Holds a Master of Economics (Finance) from Zhejiang University, CFA Charterholder, and ESG Investing Certificate holder.
- •CFA Level III Exam Grader.
