Our investment philosophy focuses on the objective of directing strategic, operational and financial improvements in our portfolio assets and companies. Our investment targets are typically established mid-market companies and individual assets with leadership or near-leadership positions in their respective industry segments, typically with strong brand, future market share potential or strategic value. These companies often have strong, profitable foundations, but usually lack certain key attributes required to transition the company effectively to the next level of size and sophistication.

Our team prides itself on a collaborative and timely approach, drawing on all the internal and external expertise, and employing flexible investment structures in order to make rewarding long- term investments.

Our advisory philosophy is characterised by three important tenets:
