Stephen Gaitanos

Stephen is a founding principal and Vice President of Telopea.

Stephen has ten years investment banking, real estate investment and private equity experience in Australia, Europe and the Middle East. He has held various advisory and investing positions at Macquarie Bank, Merrill Lynch and most recently as Vice President at Morgan Stanley. He has extensive expertise in investing in hard asset backed and operational real estate, acquisitions and disposals, private and public M&A, restructuring, work out, capital raising and investment structuring in public and private markets.

Stephen graduated from University of New South Wales, B.Com. (Finance) / LLB. Stephen has also completed the Merrill Lynch Investment Banking Institute Program at the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.
